Dry Clean Concepts offers multiple distinct store options to fit your specific needs. Depending on demographics, these stores are sized anywhere from 2,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet. They are designed for different production and storage capabilities.

Our larger store options have the capacity to produce in excess of 1,800 pieces of dry cleaning and 800 laundered shirts in a regular production day. These larger store models are generally developed in major metropolitan cities with large populations.

All stores are developed considering demographic, production capabilities and expectations of volume.

Because of our low retail pricing structure a Dry Clean Concepts cleaner becomes an almost recession-proof business. While most dry cleaners depend on convenience or the occasional coupon offer to attract customers, we consistently attract a much higher volume of customers from a much larger demographic area and a broader demographic base.
